Requested Qualifications:

84 Months experience with directly managing software applications establishing/maintaining resource schedules and status reporting.
84 Months experience with facilitating communication during the entire Software Development Life Cycle including meetings between vendors and staff.
60 Months experience with planning and managing web-based service-oriented architecture applications and infrastructure upgrade projects.
60 Months experience providing task estimates to the Project Manager.
60 Months experience establishing priorities using information from the Project and Program managers.
60 Months experience with managing the evolution and maintenance of three-tier architecture applications.
36 Months experience with planning and implementing automated data exchange between internal and external systems.
36 Months experience as a systems analyst software engineer and/or developer.
24 months experience managing an insurance claiming or case management application.
Candidate has a bachelors degree in Information Technology related field or business administration
Candidate has a certification in one of the following areas: Project Management Business Analysis or Quality Assurance
