Job Summary
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specialized in the Healthcare industry to help scale our medical teams. You will focus on sourcing high-quality clinical talent for specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Specialized Sourcing: Identify and recruit Doctors Nurses and other clinical roles for various departments.

Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hospital/clinic heads to understand specific technical requirements.
Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of core recruitment experience (Healthcare industry background is highly preferred).

Education: Graduate / (MBA in HR is preferred).

Skills: Proven track record of hiring medical professionals and understanding clinical job descriptions
