Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Meet individual and team recruitment targets while consistently delivering on quality and efficiency metrics.
Monitor market trends emerging technologies and talent availability in engineering and embedded domains.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Engineering Embedded Systems ER&D Automotive Automation Robotics or Mechatronics hiring.
Proven expertise in sourcing and stakeholder management within technical hiring environments.
Experience working in IT Staffing Engineering Staffing or RPO settings is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment with strict delivery timelines.
