Job Summary

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering & Embedded Systems Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying attracting and securing top-tier engineering talent in specialized domains such as Embedded Systems Robotics Automotive Electronics Industrial Automation IoT Semiconductor and Industry 4.0 technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end recruitment for technical positions ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality hires while building long-term talent pipelines. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of niche engineering disciplines proactive sourcing strategies and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technology roles from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Naukri X-Ray Search referrals and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical proficiency relevant experience and alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized engineering skill sets in high-demand domains.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to clarify role expectations hiring priorities and selection criteria.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment tracking systems and CRM tools.
  • Meet individual and team recruitment targets while consistently delivering on quality and efficiency metrics.
  • Monitor market trends emerging technologies and talent availability in engineering and embedded domains.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Engineering Embedded Systems ER&D Automotive Automation Robotics or Mechatronics hiring.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and stakeholder management within technical hiring environments.
  • Experience working in IT Staffing Engineering Staffing or RPO settings is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment with strict delivery timelines.
Preferred Background:
  • Prior recruitment experience with clients in Engineering Services ER&D Automotive Semiconductor Embedded Systems Industrial Automation or Product Engineering.
  • Hands-on familiarity with technical domains including Embedded C/C AUTOSAR PLC/SCADA Control Systems Industrial IoT (IIoT) EV Technologies and Industry 4.0.
