Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the engineering strategy in alignment with the
companys overall business objectives. Ensure the engineering function supports the
company's mission and enhances its competitive edge while continuing to drive delivery
excellence platform optimization operational execution ensuring strong alignment with
enterprise architecture and technology principals.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of engineering teams ensuring
projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Oversee technical support
team members to ensure tickets address within SLA systems are monitored and performing to
expectations.
Innovation & Development: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by actively
evaluating new features and emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency. Drive
continuous improvement through innovating engineering practices processes methodologies
and technologies to enhance product development platform performance delivery capabilities
and operational efficiency.
Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate engineering resources efficiently to maximize
productivity and meet business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and
integration of engineering projects with overall company goals. Ensure alignment of platform
and engineering decisions with enterprise architecture standards integration models and long
term roadmaps.
Team Development: Mentor coach and develop engineering managers and their teams
fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Performance Management: Set performance expectations conduct regular performance
reviews and implement strategies for improvement where needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Finance HR or a related field.
10 years of experience in Workday Platform both hands on and managing a team of
engineers.
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and methodologies such as
Agile DevOps or Lean with experience implementing these practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate complex
technical requirements into business-friendly language for various levels of the
organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex technical
challenges and develop innovative solutions.
A solid track record of managing complex environments including business process
configuration security reporting and managing bidirectional data handshakes and
resolving ownership conflicts in complex Environments.
Data-driven decision-maker with extensive experience in automation and a deep
understanding of the interactions between people processes and systems.
Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments with the
ability to pivot quickly when business strategies change.
Experience inFast-paced agile environment.
Strong problem solving skills

Experienced with implementation that spans multiple countries
