Job Summary

Job description

To lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Operational Risk and GRC solutions by delivering client engagements conducting fit-gap analysis and contributing to product development aligned with regulatory requirements and evolving industry needs.
Execute end-to-end implementation of Operational Risk and GRC solutions including requirements gathering fit-gap analysis and system configuration.
Translate client and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and drive solution design within the product.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to build test and enhance GRC modules based on implementation learnings.
Lead requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis by mapping client needs to Operational Risk and GRC frameworks (RCSA KRI Loss/Event Management Issues Management).
