Job Summary
Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Conductors. This is a critical role for individuals with a strong track record in sales and marketing within the sector.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Management Information System (MIS) using Excel and CRM ensuring the accuracy of the sales database.
- Ensure the timely submission of Tender/Offer quotes to customers.
- Coordinate post-order execution with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Address customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage all work related to Utility Approvals.
- Diploma or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- 5 7 years of desired experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven ability to manage RFQ MIS sales databases and tender submissions.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Experience in managing utility approvals is a plus.
