Job Summary
- Define and execute the product strategy vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research competitive analysis and user insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog using data-driven frameworks such as RICE MoSCoW or value vs. effort analysis.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and release planning.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment manage expectations and drive execution.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs analytics and customer feedback to guide iterative improvements.
- Manage product launches from concept to post-launch evaluation ensuring smooth go-to-market execution.
- Stay current with emerging technologies industry trends and user behavior to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- 25 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle in agile or lean environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) API integrations and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or Asana.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product releases in fast-paced settings.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles customer journey mapping and A/B testing.
