1. Transaction Management

Supervise accounts payable and receivable

Process vendor invoices payments and collections

Manage credit notes debit notes and adjustments across multi- level channels
2. Ledger & Bookkeeping

Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers

Ensure accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions

Perform periodic ledger scrutiny and cleanup
3. Inventory & Cost Accounting
-
Track inventory valuation across multiple product lines
-
Reconcile stock with financial records
-
Support pricing margin analysis and cost tracking
4. Bank & Cash Management
-
Perform bank reconciliations

Monitor cash flow and fund movements
