Areas of responsibilities
Ensure that the contracts are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures
Create Master Leasing Agreement and other required documentation; initiate manage and check contracts signing
Update system with signed contract set-up MLA activation in the system and validate signing
Action vehicle contract In-life changes requests
Receive pre-order request and create order in the system
Receive service change or data amendment request and update system with contract change within SLA
Process end of contract related activities
Responsible for carrying out a high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and be part of an end to end support of transition
Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships conduct quality sample assesments and identify process improvements
Assisting department as needed/requested by line manager ( back up structure required trainings)
Job Requirements
University degree/diploma (e.g. in business management economics etc)
Intermediate MS Office (Excel);
Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
English (fluent verbally and written)
Excellent communication skills and customer oriented mindset
