Operations Supervisor Night Shift (M1)
Shift: SundayThursday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Role Summary
Lead night shift distribution operations to ensure safe accurate and timely order fulfillment while driving team performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.
What Youll Do
- Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity quality and service targets
- Ensure accurate on-time order fulfillment
- Assign daily work manage schedules and support employee performance and development
- Foster a positive engaged and high-performing team environment
- Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership
- Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks inspections and incident follow-up
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
- Oversee replenishment and support controlled substances (narcotics) compliance
- Track metrics approve timecards and communicate daily shift updates
