Overnight F&B Supervisor Guide's Pantry

As the Overnight Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of our 24-hour coffee shop ensuring a seamless guest experience during late hours. You will supervise the overnight team maintain service standards and ensure a safe clean and well-stocked environment while upholding Fairmonts brand standards and guest expectations.

Job Duties Include:

• Supervise all aspects of overnight food and beverage service in the outlet ensuring consistent high-quality guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness product quality and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally using service recovery techniques when necessary.
• Complete end-of-day reports reconcile cash-outs and ensure accurate POS transactions and shift handovers.
• Ensure proper inventory levels and perform nightly restocking of products.

Qualifications :

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a food & beverage environment required; overnight or late-night operations preferred.
• Proficient in POS systems (e.g. Opera Micros).
• ProServe certification required.
