Job Summary

Must have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects or development projects - Must have (8 Years)
- Demonstrable experience in working with and guiding actors in the nautical chain. - Must have
- Demonstrable experience in change management. - Must have
- Proven experience with digital transformations and IT technical environments - Must have
- Demonstrated experience with terminology organization roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2 PMBok ...). Be able to transfer expert knowledge in the field - Must have
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
- Very strong skills in mediation. This implies very distinct skills such as being able to act neutrally in complex and tense situations - Must have
Should Have:
- Demonstrable experience in working with and supervising services of the Flemish government - Should have
- Have proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management issue management ...) - Should have
- Demonstrable knowledge of the inland shipping sector both in Flemish national and European areas. - Should have
- Demonstrable knowledge of the legal framework regarding data and information exchange. - Should have
- Willing to be physically present at different locations (Hasselt Antwerp Willebroek Ghent and others) when required. - Should have
- Notions of EU projects in inland navigation such as COMEX² DIWA... - Should have
