Job Summary
You are an experienced IT Architect eager to apply your knowledge and experience to further develop IT Architecture within client and to further grow the craftsmanship of our IT Architects. As a Specialist within the IT Architect Specialist Team you assume various roles.
From these different roles you are responsible for:
- providing the necessary training developing / keeping up-to-date and enriching the required material helping to refine learning objectives
- Coaching and developing employees so that they are able to assume their responsibilities and apply their
craftsmanship. You track the evolution of the various coaching trajectories in a progress report . This ensures that it is clear at all times who stands where in their trajectory. - developing the community functioning of the IT Architects organizing events forums
As a Specialist within the IT Architect Specialist Team you will also participate in your assigned initiatives and projects.
These may involve projects developing new craftsmanship and methodology as well as delivery projects to maintain contact with practical applications.
Depending on your assignment you will naturally collaborate with other stakeholders.
Reporting:During your assignment within your various roles you will report on your activities at least monthly to:
- Your service manager within the VAK
- The IT Architect Function Responsible
