What Youll Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for projects including land use transportation and community development
Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions and recommendations
Prepare and present reports proposals and plans to internal teams government agencies and community stakeholders
Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations land use policies and environmental standards
Collaborate with internal departments consultants and external partners to coordinate planning activities
Facilitate public consultations and engage with community members to gather input and feedback
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives

What Youll Bring:

Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Geography Environmental Studies or related field
Internship or 02 years of planning municipal or consulting experience
Basic knowledge of zoning land-use planning and municipal processes
Familiarity with GIS and mapping tools preferred
Strong writing organization and communication skills

Salary Range:

$68000.00 - $72000.00
