Job Title: Supply Management Planner

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 01 Year (Possible Extension)

Location: Dubuque IA 52001

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM OT as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with suppliers regarding schedule releases.
• Plan and schedule purchased materials and inventory levels.
• Monitor supplier performance and logistics processes.
• Investigate supplier issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform inventory control and material replenishment activities.
• Analyze supplier market and cost data.
• Support contract performance reviews and negotiations.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and supply chain activities.
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate reports and maintain supply management documentation.
