West Suffolk College is looking for a Programme Tutor Electrical.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about using their knowledge and skills to coach and mentor the next generation of Apprentices. This is an exciting opportunity to become an assessor within the Strategic Growth and Partnerships Apprenticeship Team at West Suffolk College.

We are looking for an individual who is not only qualified to Level 3 or above in Electrical Installation (such as a Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical) but who also has at least two years of experience within the sector. Most importantly youll be a confident communicator eager to use your skills and knowledge to coach and mentor learners through their apprenticeship journey.

In this role you will manage an agreed caseload of apprenticeship students supporting the assessment of their Electrical Installation and Maintenance competencies. Working closely with employers you will help develop students skills knowledge and behaviours through one-to-one guidance ensuring they receive high-quality training and are well-prepared for their End Point Assessment.

You will be a key part of our mission to provide outstanding apprenticeship provisioncontributing to student success and strengthening local workforce development.
