Are you a passionate educator making a difference in the lives of students with SEN needs We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors wholl provide personalised 1:1 support for students in Functional Skills Level 1 Maths. These in-person sessions in Enfield offer the chance to work closely with students helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.

• This job is in person in the Enfield area
• Hour(s): 2 hours per week
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Available Day(s) and Time(s): Wednesday & Friday early afternoons
• Subject and Level: Functional Skills Maths Level 1
• Start Date: Immediate
• Rate of Pay: 30 p/h

What Youll Do:

• Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level
• Plan engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Provide targeted support for students
• Assess barriers to learning and create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor progress produce reports and adapt teaching strategies to achieve measurable outcomes
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks youre providing subject tuition in
• Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager

Were looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelors degree.
• 1 years of tutoring / teaching experience.
• An ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The right to be self employed in the UK.
