Are you the kind of professional who takes pride in knowing your data is accurate your deadlines are met and the Facility Manager can count on you every day French Consulting is seeking Medical Facility Data Specialists Level I (Entry) to provide embedded on-site support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facility Database program at Military Treatment Facilities across the European Area of Responsibility. Your precision on the ground directly affects how DHA plans and executes billions in medical facility investments for the men and women in uniform.
What Youll Do
Facility Data Management
- Youll maintain DHA Facility Database records across facility and room inventory equipment project management and regulatory compliance modules keeping all data fields current accurate and compliant with DHA standards.
- Youll conduct 100% Room Inventory per DHA taskers upload drawings within 10 business days of receipt flag expiring regulatory compliance items monthly and administer the monthly work request closeout process.
- Youll support active facility requirements in the Requirements Management module track financial progress of design and construction projects and maintain accurate Directory module contacts.
- Youll participate in Facility Management Team meetings Environment of Care tours and Facility Space Utilization Board sessions providing DHA Facility Database input and documenting meeting minutes.
- Youll coordinate with the AOR Manager and DHA Program Management on site-specific issues reporting non-compliance and recommending corrective actions per DHA guidance.
- Youll provide desk-side overviews of the DHA Facility Database to facility management and medical logistics personnel as requested by the Facility Manager.
Who You Are
You are thorough and reliable you understand that incomplete facility data has real downstream consequences for DHAs capital planning. You communicate professionally with Facility Managers Operations and Maintenance staff and DHA personnel and you know when to ask questions and when to execute. You thrive in a structured on-site environment where your presence and consistency are the most valuable things you bring to the team every day.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Good communication skills time management and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to read write and speak English fluently.
Background in DHA facility database systems or medical facilities management is desirable but not required.
CAC eligibility within 120 days of hire (favorably adjudicated NACI or equivalent); compliance with applicable Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) for assigned European location.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience with DHA facility database systems or comparable healthcare facility management tools. Prior U.S. military installation or OCONUS work experience; bilingual skills in German Italian Turkish or Spanish.
