Job Description
Title: Sr. North America Distribution Operations Lead
Role Purpose
Lead day-to-dayNorth America distribution operations executionacross DCs and 3PLs ensuringreliable service cost discipline and operational stabilityfor retail DTC and professional channels.
We are seekinga senioroperations lead with deep forwardlogisticsand distribution experience to oversee end-to-end North America distribution operations.
This roleis responsible formanaging and directing our third-partylogistics(3PL) partners to ensure consistent on-time and cost-effective fulfillment across all channels. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor a hands-on operator mindset and a proven ability to hold external partners accountable while scaling reliable distribution performance across a complex North American network.

Key Responsibilities
1. Distribution Operations Execution (Core)
- Owndaily DC operations performance: receiving storage pick/pack/ship
- DeliverOTIF order cycle time throughput and accuracy
- Manage3PL partnersto SLAs KPIs and cost commitments
- Ensure operational readiness forpeaks launches and promotions
- If product doesnt ship correctly and on time this role owns it.
2. Cost & Productivity Control
- Managewarehousing & DC ops costsagainst plan
- Drivelabor productivityutilization and cost per unit
- Eliminatewaste: re-handling poor slotting split shipments
- Partner with Transportation on outbound execution discipline
- This role protects margin throughoperational rigor.
3. Network Stability & Capacity
- Monitor capacity vs demand and escalate risks early
- Support network changes: volume shifts new SKUs DC adds/exits
- Execute automation layout and process improvements
- Maintain operational continuity during disruptions
4. DTC & Channel Fulfillment
- Execute channel-appropriate service levels
- Support premium customer experience without uncontrolled cost
- Work with Commercial CX and Finance on service trade-offs
- Ensure accessory and small-parcel fulfillment doesnt erode margin quietly
5. Safety Compliance & Governance
- Ensure safety battery handling and environmental compliance in DCs
- Maintain audit-ready operations (SOX EPC customs interface)
- Enforce SOPs and corrective actions

Experience & Profile
- 5-7years indistribution / fulfillment operationsor relevant experience
- Experience runningDCs or large 3PL operations

- Strong operational and financial discipline
- Proven ability to execute change not just manage status quo
- Automotive Operations experience a plus
