Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find experiencedSenior Software Engineers.These positions include:

• Software Engineer (.NET Developer)

• Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

As a Senior Software Engineer you will oversee software development projects write optimised code and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. You will be accountable for the quality and functionality of the software your team produces working within a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within multidisciplinary delivery teams participating in agile ceremonies including planning estimation and retrospectives
• Design develop and maintain clean testable scalable and maintainable codealigned to defined acceptance criteria
• Contribute to solution design architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teamsto achieve high-quality outcomes
• Develop and maintain documentationacross the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Work under limited direction exercising sound judgement and initiative
• Support and mentorless experienced developers
• Contribute to continuous improvementacross team practices tooling and delivery processes
• Work within established departmental delivery frameworks and standards

Key Experience and Skills

• Strong experience technologies Core 5/6/7/8
• Solid understanding of Framework
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks including Vue 3
• Experience working with SQL Server
• Demonstrated experience using Gitfor version control
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing version control and CI/CD
• Experience working in agile delivery environmentswithin multidisciplinary teams
