Informatica Developer

Role: Informatica Tech Lead Data Transformation

We are looking for a highly skilled Informatica Tech Lead
with strong hands-on experience in data transformation ETL
design and support conversion of Informatica workloads to
modern technologies such as Spark SQL/PySpark.
The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can reverse-
engineer complex Informatica mappings provide expert
guidance to developers resolve technical issues and take
full ownership of daily development deliverables. Strong SQL
skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead technical development for data transformation and ETL
modernization projects.
Reverse engineer existing Informatica PowerCenter or
Informatica Cloud jobs to understand logic dependencies
and transformation rules.
Translate and convert complex Informatica
mappings/workflows into SQL/PySpark ensuring functional
and performance equivalence.
Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on best
practices coding standards and optimization techniques.

Document the Informatica logic in the form of a mapping
document.
Solutioning & Development
Design scalable and maintainable ETL solutions aligned with
project architecture.
Review and validate functional and technical specifications
related to data transformation.
Delivery Ownership
Own and manage daily development tasks and sprint
commitments.
Track and report progress risks and technical issues to
project leadership.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure
timely and high-quality delivery
Work on multiple deliverables along with guiding the team

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter /
Informatica Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
Expert Experience with Informatica Jobs
Experience with big data ecosystems (Spark Hadoop).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M Oozie or
equivalent).
