Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer Support Administrator to develop enhance administer and support the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development platform administration ITSM processes integrations and production support.

Mandatory Skills

  • 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong experience with ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge Management).
  • Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions and ACLs.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs Scripted REST APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with CMDB CI management and Discovery (preferred).
  • Strong platform administration skills (Users Groups Roles Notifications SLAs).
  • Experience with Update Sets application deployments and instance upgrades.
  • Experience in production support incident resolution root cause analysis and platform maintenance.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Configure and support ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Administer the ServiceNow platform including users roles ACLs and security.
  • Manage CMDB update sets releases and deployments.
  • Monitor platform health and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver enhancements.
  • Participate in upgrades patches and platform optimization.
  • Mentor junior developers and support team members.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
