Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead planning production and editing of high-quality video content for campaigns events and digital platforms.
• Develop and help drive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for social media trends platform updates and emerging tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Create maintain and oversee content calendars to ensure consistency and timely execution.
• Analyze campaign video and social performance; deliver insights reports and optimization recommendations.
• Maintain and manage video equipment software and production workflows.
• Engage with online audiences and guide brand voice in responses and community interactions.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to Marketing Specialists and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Film Production or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in marketing videography and social media management.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven success managing and growing brand social media channels.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Strong command of videography storytelling and production workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication project management and prioritization skills.
• Strategic data-driven mindset paired with strong creative execution.
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.
