Estate Manager
Luxury private estate and family office in Santa Barbara is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a residential property portfolio. This is a trusted role for someone who brings strong organization discretion and a hospitality-driven approach to managing high-level estate operations and lifestyle support.
Location: Santa Barbara CA (Hybrid Flexibility)
Compensation: $140K - $180K base (DOE) benefits

About the Role:
As the Estate Manager you will oversee property operations vendor coordination household systems and ongoing projects while helping maintain a seamless and well-run environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive resourceful and comfortable managing a wide range of operational and lifestyle responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance across residential properties
- Coordinate vendors contractors household staff and service providers
- Maintain household systems schedules inventories and ongoing property projects
- Assist with special projects event coordination travel preparation and additional lifestyle support as needed
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Principal by proactively identifying needs and helping maintain a smooth and organized environment
