As a Quality Control Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Documenting and investigating non-conformities at the point of occurrence and supporting operations with corrective & preventive actions.

• Working with supplier quality engineers to identify continual improvement opportunities with key suppliers

• Supporting daily production activity with incoming in-process and final inspection.

• Inspecting parts to drawings with measuring equipment and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

• Achieve Customer satisfaction during final inspection on product quality ergonomics and safety

• Ensure Packaging and contractors certifications upload on time delivery for project documentation completion with strong attitude to promote documents process improvements and process redesign proposals

Fuel your Passion:
To be successful in this role you will have:

• A diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education or a GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in Manufacturing or Quality function

• An experience with rotating equipment or mechanical/electrical packaging

• Availability to work in shift

• Strong team building skills

• Strong attention to details

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Fluent in both Italian and English (oral and written)
