This role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager of the dealership. Positive Attitude: Friendly approachable and enthusiastic when engaging with Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with customers in person over the phone and via email while creating a welcoming and friendly and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple appointments and schedules -Savvy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in common office programs and open to learning dealership-specific software.
