Main purpose of the duties
The role focuses on attracting recruiting and developing talent while ensuring smooth HR operations across the region. It bridges HR strategy with business needs through close collaboration with the HR Manager and business leaders. It also supports business performance by developing talent implementing HR processes and fosters a positive workplace culture and strong employer brand.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing screening interviewing and selection across the assigned region.
- Proactively monitor the labor market and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
- Lead recruitment efforts for new store openings within the region and support hiring needs for stores outside the region when required.
- Design coordinate and deliver training programs aligned with business needs in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and overall HR strategy.
- Actively support onboarding processes particularly for employees in managerial roles ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
- Facilitate the implementation of HR tools monitor their adoption in daily operations and train relevant stakeholders on their effective use.
- Identify nurture and develop high-potential employees to support talent pipeline and succession planning.
- Maintain close daily collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Store Management Teams on all HR-related matters.
- Partner with the HR team to develop implement and continuously improve HR processes and initiatives contributing to both strategic and operational projects.
- Collaborate with HQ HR teams when necessary including supporting projects and translating documents.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and foster effective internal communication across the Group.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events aimed at strengthening employer branding and company culture.
- Represent the company as an employer of choice through events social media and other communication channels.
- Prepare regular HR reports in line with management requirements.
- Carry out additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements- Bachelors degree or Msc in Human Recourses.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Area Manager within a retail preferably in fashion/clothing environment will be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Good organizer priority-driven and able to multi-task to meet priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Good understanding of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for professional purposes driving license is required.
