Position Summary
Working under general supervision the Customer Service Representative I is a direct link between the customer and business with the responsibility to deliver superior customer service in providing customer with product availability expediting of orders scheduled delivery dates purchase order change request along with communicating published product lead times. Receive prioritize review purchase order contract terms andclausesand enter orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Retrieve review and enter new purchase orders purchase contracts blanket orders or sales releasesutilizingthe Contract review procedure (60-1020) with high accuracy and process purchase order change requestexpediterequest and cancellation request. Cross functional coordination with Quality Engineering Manufacturing and Sales Supervisor with any discrepancies.
Process RGA (return orders); coordinate with Sales Specialist Quality Finance and Shipping.
Answer phones and email requeststimelytomaintaininternal and external customers requested information delivery of ordersexpediteshipmentsand shipping information.
Enter new customers andmaintainexisting customermasters forchanges made to shipping information billinginformationand delivery addresses.
Maintain customer portals:
Follow up reports delivery dates and shipmentinformation.
Pull print and Acknowledge customer forecast purchase order or purchase order changes for delivery pricing and terms.
Review inventory levels for vendor managed inventory customers.

Excellent grammatical telephone communication/verbal writing and listening skills.

Prefer a minimum of one (1) yearcustomer serviceexperiencein office setting
Working Conditions
Operates in a professional officeenvironmentwith regular use of computerphonesand standard office equipment

Frequent communication with internal customers requiring a visit to their department including production area
