Job Summary
Overview/Objective
The Production Budgeting and Management Department at NFL Films is seeking a7-monthSeasonalPost-ProductionProjectCoordinator.TheCoordinatorwillassistProject Managers specifically with league marketing campaign work. This includes being an available resource to help with day-to-day operations of the departmentas it relates toNFL Marketing projects. The Project Coordinator willassistwith actualizingandhandleother administrativefunctions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Managers specifically with League Marketing Campaignand communicate to all relevant departments in regards-to budgetingactualizingandpost-production.
- Review Code Authorize andsubmitto accounting all Invoices Timecards and Expenses applicable to theassignedprojects.
- Manage assigned projects through to final billing
- Keep detailed records of assigned projects
- Assist Project Managers with staying current with actualizing
- Process paperwork andassistin the creation of adigitalwrap binder
- Manage and track incoming client requests to ensuretimelyrouting and follow-through.
- Coordinate creative and technical requests across internal teams (e.g. Scheduling Engineering Editors) to keep work moving.
- Supervise post sessions (virtual and in person) and resolve day-of issues as they arise.
- Partner with Producers/Project Managers to flag scope changes early and align onnextsteps.
- Work with Scheduling to add or adjust shifts and confirm staff are routed prior to sessions.
- Quality-check(QC) deliverable links and share final materials with clients.
- Maintain and continuously update production calendars schedules and related documentation.
- Maintain and organize project documents and creative assets (briefs working docs etc.) and review work prior to client sharing.
- Provide clear client and project management status updates including timelines/ETAs and resourcing needs.
- Document details in work orders and confirm any potential budget impact with project managers before changes arefinalized.
- Support Scheduling with importing work orders on a regularcadence(e.g. daily or every other day).
- Assistproject managers withadditionaltasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree-BA or BS in a Media relatedor business or Project Managementprogram
- 1-2 years professional office experience
- Extremely proficient in MS Office products especially Excel and Teams
- Must have exceptionalorganizational communicationjudgmentand interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting and planning/scheduling and managing of projects
- Client handling experience
- A strong ability to multi-taskand detail oriented
- Ability tomaintainthe highest level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3years of Production and Post-Production experience

The candidate should be a self-starter withstrong candidate should also be able to keep all relevant parties informed on the status of their project or tasks daily. The Project Coordinator will need todemonstrateextremely strongorganizationalskills andmaintainmeticulous records of all their projects andassistthe Project Managers with their to multi-task and takedirection is key to the success of this role.
