Summary of Position
Fulgent Genetics is looking for a goal-oriented self-starter to join our international sales team! Join a fast-growing leader in clinical genetics and genomics and take part in our mission to improve patient health. As leaders in our industrywe seek qualified and science-oriented individuals who can bring our innovative solutions to the market to support clinicians researchers and partners in the Biotech and Pharma sectors.
Key Job Elements
- Assist in everyday business functions such as Business Development Marketing Project Management Customer Service and Account Management.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate products or services.
- Conduct product/service presentations at sales events conferences medical institutions research institutions or for other business partners.
- Initiate and maintain contact with clients and prospects.
- Analyze sales data Google Analytics and current market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Create sales reports for management review.
- Contribute to pricing promotion and product strategies based on sales data and analysis.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience
- BS or MS in a related field.
- Knowledge of genetics is required. Knowledge in NGS & genomics preferred.
- Availability to travel 25% of the time.
- Self-motivated and accountable for managing his/her own time.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Goal-oriented fast learner with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented organized and flexible.
- Honest and responsible.
