Job Description

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school-based education program. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessments develop intervention plans and support students in achieving academic and behavioral success within a structured educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators administrators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with educational and behavioral standards

Required Qualifications

• Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple student cases and documentation
