Licensed Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking motivated and Dynamic Licensed Personal Lines Producers to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service whether you are an experienced professional or looking to start your career in the insurance industry.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $18$20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in personal lines insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends products and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Sales experience is preferred but entry-level candidates with a strong drive to succeed are encouraged to apply.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.
