This is a field-based sales job working directly with homeowners. Youll generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local events run in-person appointments walk properties to identify cleaning needs present solutions and close sales on-site. Youll also coordinate with our operations team to keep scheduling and service running smoothly.
Commission-based with uncapped earnings. Gas stipend coaching and leadership support included.
Range: $60000 - $100000 per year
One-week intensive program combining classroom and field work covering our sales process pricing and objection handling. Ongoing coaching ride-alongs and team sessions follow.
Were expanding and strong performers can take on more responsibility and earnings as the business grows.
