TYPE : Direct Hire HYBRID
LOCATION : Phoenix Arizona - 85021
SHIFT : M - F 8-5
NOTE: Onsite for candidates located in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
For candidates residing outside the Phoenix area and beyond a reasonable commuting distance the position may be offered as a remote role based in California.

Real Estate Representative Role:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Representative to support strategic retail growth initiatives across multiple markets. This individual will play a critical role in identifying analyzing negotiating and advancing new site opportunities while supporting long-term portfolio strategy and market expansion.
Real Estate Representative works directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop multi-year real estate plans drive deal flow and strengthen broker and community relationships.
You role is to be a proactive dealmaker who thrives in a data-driven relationship-focused environment this role offers strong exposure and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Site Identification & Deal Management
Proactively source and evaluate new retail site opportunities
Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs)
Analyze market rents zoning traffic counts population data and site functionality
Track and manage deal pipeline across multiple markets
Market & Portfolio Strategy
Conduct demographic and competitive market analysis
Develop market surveys tour books and strategic site presentations
Build long-term real estate growth strategies
Present strategic recommendations and deal updates to senior leadership
Broker & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as primary contact for listing brokers and property owners
Organize and conduct site tours
Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions
Interface with economic development professionals and community partners
Industry Representation
Represent the company at ICSC events and trade shows
Support networking and business development efforts
