Role Summary and Impact

The Chief Growth Officer LATAM will lead new business growth across the region by driving strategic prospecting pitch excellence and client acquisition. As a key member of the regional leadership team this role will elevate WPP Medias market presence strengthen pipeline performance and position the agency as the preferred partner in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new business development from prospecting and qualification to pitch strategy presentations and conversion.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of regional and local opportunities providing visibility and strategic insights to leadership.
• Develop compelling client-focused pitch narratives in partnership with strategy creative client services and product teams.
• Strengthen partnerships across the WPP network to drive integrated opportunities and collaborative growth.
• Represent WPP Media at industry events and lead thought leadership and demand generation initiatives across LATAM.
• Drive best practices in pitching elevating both win rates and overall market perception of WPP Media.

Skills and Experience

• Proven success leading business development and growth strategies within media advertising or marketing services in LATAM.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence senior executives.
• Deep understanding of LATAM markets business dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
