Position Summary

We are seeking afull-time entry-level Assembly Associateto support our production operations. This position focuses onbasic manufacturing tasks includinginspecting parts assembling kits and packaging finished products.

This position iscompensated to reflect the scope of the roleand is designed for individuals who are new to manufacturing or looking to start their career in a production environment. Prior experience is helpful butnot requiredwe are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

The goal of this position is to ensure consistent quality and support the smooth flow of production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and build product kits with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Responsible for receiving/verifying inventory.
  • Read understand and follow detailed procedures.
  • Gather required materials and equipment at the start of each process.
  • Align materials and assemble more complex units as needed.
  • Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
  • Report defective parts malfunctions or assembly issues.

Requirements

  • Experience:Proven experience in assembly or related manufacturing roles.
  • Technical Skills:Ability to read and follow work instructions/procedures.
  • Quality Focused:Understanding of quality control principles and standards.
  • Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Ability:Good hand-eye coordination manual dexterity and physical stamina.
  • Lifting:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent or related training/experience.
  • Language & Reasoning Skills:
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence
    • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
    • Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to routine standardized tasks

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Use of hands for handling reaching packaging.
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs.
  • Vision: Close vision distance vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

  • Work near moving mechanical parts.
  • Noise level ranges from moderate to loud.
  • Clean climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
