The Opportunity
Join Adobe as Strategy and Operations Lead - Adobe on Adobe where you will play a
pivotal role in driving business performance program rigor and effective
communications. This outstanding opportunity allows you to collaborate with finance
teams and lead annual planning and budgeting cycles. Become an integral part of a

What youll Do
Manage the annual planning and quarterly budget evaluation cycles for the Adobe on
Adobe consulting organization.
Collaborate with finance on forecasting budgeting and headcount planning.
Review and consolidate travel and expense requests tracking against forecasted spend.
Work with sr. leadership to manage budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate with HR Ops and partner liaisons to source and onboard partner resources.
Act as a liaison between various teams including finance customer collaborators and
product leadership.
Find opportunities for automation and reporting improvements to improve
transparency.
Lead content creation for quarterly all-hands meetings and maintain the Adobe on
Adobe program charter.
Drive interlock agendas and schedule with partners across the ecosystem: Consulting
Practices product marketing finance etc.
Drive communications of monthly/quarterly Adobe on Adobe communications
including broad newsletters and executive communications.
Advise Global Delivery Center operations team on staffing and opportunities to build
more alignment between US and India-based consultants.
What you need to succeed
8 years in strategy business operations consulting or services operations.
Strong financial modeling and planning experience.
Experience supporting delivery organizations or large matrixed teams.
Ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed environment.
Clear confident communicator with executive presence.
Highly collaborative able to build trust quickly across functions.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and providing a point of view where there are gaps.
Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Adobes products is a strong plus.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$245300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $169400 - $245300 In Washington the pay range for this position is $156000 - $225900
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
