About the job
The Customer Intelligence team is growing andwerelooking for an Account Executive who thrives in dynamic environments.
Youll work with customers and prospects to rethink how they connect with their audiences helping them modernize Customer Experience and Customer Engagement using datadrivencloudnativemarketing a key role in shaping this organization driving growth across industries such as Financial Services Retail Communications and Energy.
This is a role for a sales professional who wants ownership visibility and the opportunity to influence not just deals but direction.
The role is based in Madrid and operates in a hybrid model. Sporadic travel may be required based on business needs.
As an Account Executive Customer Intelligence you will
Own a portfolio of customers and prospects managingendtoendsales cycles with deal sizes typically between 100k and 1M.
Help organizations modernize how they engage with customers across digital channels.
Build trustedlongtermrelationships with senior andClevelstakeholders.
Act as a strategic partner by combining industry insight businessacumenandMarTechexpertise.
Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospectingleadgenerationactivities and smart account planning.
Create compellingvalueledproposals in close collaboration with internal teams.
Support complex deal closures including pricing and licensing negotiations.
Required qualifications
Experience selling Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
Strong ability toidentifycustomer challenges and translate them into impactful solutions.
Proven experience navigating complex accounts and stakeholder ecosystems.
A commercial mindset with the ability to build territory strategies and communicate confidently with both technical and business audiences.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience with analytics cloud or data platforms is a plus curiosity and adaptability are just as important.
Equivalent combinations of education training and experience will be considered.
