• Assist lead technicians with installing residential HVAC systems including air conditioners heat pumps furnaces and ductwork.
• Prepare job sites by organizing tools materials and equipment before installations.
• Support troubleshooting and basic repair work as needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers during installations.

• Mechanical aptitude or basic HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
