Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a 200 bed skilled nursing facility in the greater Crystal Lake area. This is a premier opportunity to join a stable well-supported organization with strong clinical leadership already in place.

Position Overview:
The LNHA will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of the facility ensuring excellence in patient care regulatory compliance financial performance and team development across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
- Active LNHA license (Illinois)
- Proven experience as an Administrator in a SNF setting
- Strong knowledge of LTC and post-acute care operations
- Demonstrated success with surveys census growth and financial management
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
