Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Director the General Manager operates the C&W Meter Service business and is responsible for actively driving growth and profitability of its 4 locations across the U.S. The GM collaborates with the operations team and other leaders to set priorities plan for growth and make sure the right people and resources are in place. This role includes both strategic leadership and engagement with customers and it requires a hands-on leader who can influence and lead multiple teams cultivating a culture of safety ownership and high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
Own the companys P&L including building guide the annual budget tracking results managing overhead and handle collections when needed.
Lead day-to-day operations to hit financial targets and deliver consistent high-quality results.
Use strong financial judgment to turn plans into action balancing near-term results with long-term value.
Develop implement and improve the sales process to help the team win and retain customers.
Help negotiate and manage master service agreements with key customers.
Manage capital projects from early planning through startup and handoff.
Work with the operations team to keep overhead spending under control.
Provide leadership and the development of department staff through setting goals and objectives; identifying and arranging appropriate training and career development opportunities for employees at all levels; encouraging teamwork and sharing of best practices; fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence; and planning the succession of employees with the skills to meet future company and customer needs.
Build a respectful supportive workplace where people take ownership work well together and deliver results.
Connect and communicate with team members regularly to foster a positive environment and an engaged workforce
Lead improvements that support growth and seamless operations
Communicate clearly involve the right people and follow through to sustain organizational change with minimal disruption.
Lead safety efforts and make sure work follows company policies customer requirements and all applicable lawson site and off site.
Partner with corporate support functions including Finance and Accounting HR IT Safety and Legal.
Build strong working relationships across the team the company and the industry and stay current on the skills needed to do the job well.



Qualifications

The successful candidate should be excited by opportunities to add value to our clients. Strong communication skills collaboration and courage to challenge the status quo will be critical to success in this role.
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Petroleum Engineering or Business and/or equivalent industry specific experience.
10 years of people management experience.
5 years of P&L responsibility at $8-15M topline.
Experience in running multiple remote locations.

Change leader with demonstrated success driving organizational change (e.g. restructuring integration process transformation or cultural evolution) and influencing stakeholders to ensure adoption.
Strong business and financial acumen; able to connect operational decisions to P&L performance customer value and strategic objectives.
Proven ability to build and sustain a positive mutually supportive performance-driven culture that promotes accountability collaboration and results.
Track record of developing leaders and teams setting clear expectations coaching performance and building succession.
Skilled communicator who can align diverse stakeholders through periods of change using credibility transparency and collaboration.
High-integrity dependable hands-on leader; proactive confident and strongly results-oriented.
Experience in industrial services/end markets; strong understanding of customer drivers and operating constraints.
Demonstrated success driving growthleading sales efforts developing accounts and expanding into new markets or services.
Able to operate effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment; excellent written verbal and presentation skills.

Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements: Associates must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time without assistance.
Maneuvering to and around equipment
Bending kneeling stooping and reaching
Climbing stepstools or ladders
Lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Transporting to various locations within customer site

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment with limited privacy and exposure to noise from others conducting business. The remainder of work is performed on job sites in the field driving to and from the worksite. Associates may be exposed to hazardous equipment toxic substances noise from equipment and depending on external weather conditions wind rain cold and heat. Associates may be required to work in excess of 8 hours a day and/or 40 hours per week. Up to 50% travel required for this position depending on need.
