Do you want to shape how data-driven customer communication is built at scale across a customer base of 5 million members five markets and two strong fashion brands Kappahl and Newbie
Kappahl Group is now looking for a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist for a one-year maternity cover. You will take ownership of our automated customer journeys and drive measurable impact from day one.
As part of a highly collaborative CRM team you will act as a key partner and coach within the team by contributing to planning prioritization and continuous improvement.

As CRM Marketing Automation Specialist you build optimize and scale automated customer journeys where data timing and creative communication come together to drive engagement conversion and long-term customer value.
You will work in a cross-functional CRM setup with close collaboration across Online Media and Marketing teams as well as commercial stakeholders and our market representatives.
Ownership of automation is distributed across the team of content creators while you are responsible for the overall automation strategy the most complex flows (incl. content) and for supporting and coaching the team.
You will work hands-on with segmentation trigger-based communication and continuous optimization on our CRM platform ensuring that the right customer gets the right message at the right time.
Your responsibilities
- Own and drive CRM automation with a clear focus on commercial impact.
- Review and evolve the CRM automation landscape and roadmap based on current performance and opportunities driving a structured data-driven and systematic approach to maximize incremental impact over time.
- Define build create content implement quality assure and continuously optimize automation flows customer segments and trigger logic in Voyado.
- Work with a test-and-learn approach using test and control setups to measure true business impact and optimize for incremental revenue and conversion
- Monitor and follow up on automation performance on a detailed and holistic level identifying improvement areas and driving optimization.
- Coordinate CRM automation across the team ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Coach and support content creators in building optimizing and evolving their automation flows strengthening both quality and commercial impact.
- Drive best practices competence development structure and ways of working within CRM automation ensuring consistency and scalability across the team.
- Act as a key partner across teams and functions ensuring CRM automation supports campaigns commercial priorities and a seamless customer experience.
