Job Summary

Job Description

We are currently with a market leading International FM organisation who are looking to recruit a Technical Engineering Managerto lead a large on-site critical shift team (circa 25 engineers) at a flagship financial services account in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor withcritical environments or data centre experiencewho is looking to step up into a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for operational delivery team leadership and maintaining the highest standards across a missioncritical facility.

Key requirements:

Background in critical or data centre environments
Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND C&G NVQ L3 or degree level)
HV/LV Authorised Person status
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical systems including UPS generators HV/LV distribution cooling systems BMS and life safety.
Proven people management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and operational focus

In return our client is offering a salary of 77000 per annum (Flexibility for the right candidate) plus Car Allowance (5100) bonus (16%) plus other benefits.
