Position Overview
Oversee and lead ELCCOs preconstruction function to ensure we pursue the right work price it accurately and deliver projects that are profitable and execution ready.

Estimating performance priorities and quality
Bid strategy and backlog quality
Margin protection and scope accuracy
Estimating systems tools and databases
Team leadership and development
Cross-functional alignment with Ops BD and PMs
Market insights and strategic input

What Youll Own

Lead complex estimates and reviews
Manage capacity and priorities
Establish pricing and scope standards
Drive go/no-go decisions
Improve tools data and processes
Experience developing team capability
