Administration Support

The opportunity

Downer Energy and Utilities have multiple opportunities for Administration Support to join our Support Services Hub location in Brisbane. This role delivers coordinated operational and administrative support that enables our sites and people to operate efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail focused administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.

We offer a work environment that allows for flexible working and WFH opportunities this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis once settled into the new role and initial training has been completed.

What we are looking for

Experience in general administration roles
Experience supporting administration activities in operational or project environments
Experience managing administrative documentation and records
Exposure to financial or ERP systems such as JDEGS or similar
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
A proactive approach with ownership of tasks through to completion
