About the role
As Sr/Channel Control Analyst you will be a cornerstone of our Taipei Sales Controlling Team. This isnt just about data entry; you are a vital link in Nexperias Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. You will ensure the financial integrity of our distribution channel by managing validating and processing Ship & Debit claims. This role offers high visibility placing you in direct contact with authorized Distributors Account Managers and our Global Billing organization.
What you will do
- Claim Management: Execute the end-to-end processing of Distributor Ship & Debit rebate claims using our advanced commercial system Vistex.
- Validation & Integrity: Audit claim requests against authorized agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Nexperias global pricing policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for Distribution Account Managers and Global Billing to resolve discrepancies and streamline the rebate lifecycle.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve claim turnaround times and data accuracy within the SAP/Vistex environment.
What you will need
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Prefer 5 years and above of professional experience preferred ideally within Distribution Management Billing Sales Support or Supply Chain Management. Young potential profiles are considered as well.
- Data Mastery: Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups pivot tables) and general database management.
- Systems Affinity: Direct experience with SAP (specifically the SD module or SAP BW) is a significant advantage. Experience with Vistex is the cherry on top.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot trends anomalies and errors within large datasets.
- Proactive Can-Do Attitude: A self-starter who takes ownership and drives tasks to completion.
- Precision-Oriented: Highly organized with an uncompromising eye for detail (youre the person who finds the needle in the haystack).
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations with global internal teams and external customers.
- Multilingual: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for global and local collaboration.
- Resilience: Comfortable working under tight month-end/quarter-end deadlines while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
