Information Systems Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly capable Information Systems Manager to drive enterprise application excellence and digital transformation across the organization. This role will own application support lead ERP implementation strengthen our ITSM platform and enhance the Enterprise Application ecosystem.

The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to identify pain points implement scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency across the employee and project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Application Ownership

• Manage and enhance enterprise platforms including HRMS Zoho applications SharePoint Intranet & other custom applications

• Ensure high availability performance and continuous improvement of applications

• Drive integration across systems to ensure seamless data flow (HR Finance Projects IT)

2. ITSM Enablement

• Lead implementation adoption and maturity of ITSM platform (Incident Service Requests Dashboard modules; future: Asset Change Knowledge)

• Improve incident deflection automation and service experience

• Define SLAs governance and reporting for IT service delivery

3. ERP Program Leadership

• Drive ERP evaluation selection and implementation (aligned to Project Life Cycle: Demand-to-Euro tracking)

• Work with Finance Delivery and HR teams to define end-to-end processes

• Ensure integration with existing systems (HRMS ITSM Zoho Books/Expense Analytics)

4. Business Engagement & Solutioning

• Partner with business leaders (HR Delivery Finance Facility) to understand operational challenges

• Translate pain points into scalable technology solutions

• Drive automation across Employee Life Cycle (hire-to-retire) and Project Life Cycle (demand-to-delivery-to-revenue)

6. Tool Evaluation & Digital Initiatives

• Evaluate and implement tools such as recruitment platforms (e.g. Zwayam) and travel integrations (ZohoMyBiz ecosystem)

• Conduct vendor assessments RFPs and ROI analysis

• Drive innovation in areas like AI-driven support workflow automation and self-service

7. Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional programs (ERP ITSM HR Tech & MIS)

• Ensure structured execution with timelines governance and risk management

• Provide leadership updates and dashboards for decision-making

8. Governance Risk & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to IT InfoSec and audit requirements

• Manage access controls data privacy and system security

• Establish governance frameworks for enterprise applications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / related field)

• 1015 years of experience in enterprise applications and IT program delivery

• Proven experience in ERP implementation and application integrations

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with no-code / low-code custom application development using SharePoint Online Power App Power Automate Zoho Creator etc

• Experience in ITSM tools and processes (aligned to ITIL)

• Strong SLA based application support

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and business acumen

• Vendor management and negotiation capabilities

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in scaling internal IT platforms like ServiceNow

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred)

• Experience in integration (APIs middleware)

• Prior experience in a fast-growing GCC / IT services organization
