What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying buyers and tenants
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors/landlords
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Managing a pipeline of sales progression from offer to completion
• Generating new business opportunities through calls and local networking
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and ensuring compliance

• Previous experience in residential sales or lettings negotiation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling negotiations and closing deals
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Good understanding of the local property market
• Full UK driving licence preferred for property viewings
