Humble and approachable we achieve more summarySupporting VetStrategys IT division this role will be acting as front line of IT support responsible for initial triage user communication and resolving common issues quickly. This role will be working on hybrid basis from the corporate head office location based at 7000 Pine Valley Drive Woodbridge ON two to three days a week. This is a temporary (6-month contract) Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via phone chat and ticket portal. Perform initial triage and ticket classification ensuring proper categorization prioritization and routing. Fulfill standard service requests using established procedures and knowledge base documentation. Provide timely communication and updates to users regarding ticket status. Ensure tickets contain complete and accurate documentation before escalation. Escalate incidents and requests to the appropriate support tier when troubleshooting exceeds Managed Ticketing system User account management systems Identity platforms for password and MFA resets Asset tracking tools Knowledge base and documentation platforms Inventory Management and decommissionAdditional Duties Assist with user onboarding and offboarding preparation Perform basic device setup and provisioning Maintain ticket queue hygiene and documentation standards Assist in maintaining the service desk knowledge base Support inventory and asset tracking activitiesSkill Strong customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems Familiarity with common office productivity platforms Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support workflows Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate appropriately Strong customer serviceWe are Relationship Focused!In every interaction with the hospitals we build and maintain personal connections and trust.
