Job Description:

The Credit Analyst is responsible for adjudicating and structuring small business credit requests within assigned discretionary limits in alignment with established credit policies risk appetite and regulatory requirements. The role partners closely with Small Business Banking to deliver timely consistent and firsttimeright credit decisions.

Acting as a trusted credit advisor the incumbent assesses financial risk identifies nonstandard or higherrisk transactions and escalates files with clear wellsupported recommendations when required. The role also contributes to operational excellence through participation in quality reviews continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of new tools products and policies.

Qualifications / Qualifications

• University degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
• Strong experience in credit analysis and decisionmaking for small business lending would be an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
